What are the system requirements?
Minimum is Windows 10, an Intel Core i5-8600 or AMD Ryzen 5 3500, 16 GB RAM, a GTX 1660 or RX 590, and 50 GB of storage. Recommended is Windows 11, an Intel Core i7-12700K or AMD Ryzen 7 5700X, 16 GB RAM, an RTX 3070 or RX 6700 XT, and 50 GB of storage.
Minimum is a GTX 1660 / RX 590 with an i5-8600 / Ryzen 5 3500 and 16 GB RAM. Recommended steps up to an RTX 3070 / RX 6700 XT with an i7-12700K / Ryzen 7 5700X. Either way you need 50 GB free.
Note that 16 GB of RAM appears in both columns, so memory is a floor rather than a place to gain headroom.
