How the order works
What votes do
Signed-in readers vote once a day, and votes sort the list. Tell your community to vote if you like — that is what the button is for.
What they cannot do
Put a row on the page, buy a badge, or lift an announcement above a server people can actually join. A live server outranks an announcement whatever the numbers say.
