Terms of service

The rules for using this site and the app, in plain English. Last updated 7 November 2026.

The short version

WARDOGS Hub is a free fan site and app about the game WARDOGS. Use it, share it, and post guides, loadouts and comments if you want to. Don't post anything illegal, abusive or someone else's work. We do our best to keep the information right, but it can be wrong or out of date, so don't treat it as a guarantee. By using the site or the app you agree to these terms.

Who we are

WARDOGS Hub (wardogshub.gg) and the Wardogs Hub mobile app for iPhone, iPad and Android are run by ChainZilla.io, based in Panama, which is “we” and “us” in these terms. You can reach us at hello@wardogshub.gg or through the contact page.

WARDOGS Hub is an independent fan project. It is not affiliated with, endorsed by or sponsored by BULKHEAD or Team17. WARDOGS and the game's names, logos, images and other material belong to their owners; we use them only to identify and write about the game.

Who can use it

Anyone can read the site and use the app. To sign in, post or vote you must be at least 13, or older if the law where you live sets a higher age for using online services without a parent's permission. If you use the site for an organisation, you accept these terms for it.

Accounts

Signing in uses your Discord account. You are responsible for what happens under your account, so keep your Discord login secure. We can suspend or remove an account that breaks these terms. You can ask us to delete yours at any time; the privacy policy explains what happens to what you published.

What you post

Guides, loadouts, comments, outage reports, server listings, map marker suggestions, images and anything else you submit stay yours. By submitting it, you give us a free, worldwide, non-exclusive licence to host, show, copy, translate, adapt and share it on the site, in the app and in posts that promote them, for as long as it is up. If you delete it or we remove it, the licence ends, apart from copies already in backups or shared before removal.

You promise that what you post:

  • is your own work, or you have the right to post it;
  • is not illegal, hateful, harassing, sexually explicit or threatening;
  • does not share anyone's personal information without their permission;
  • is not spam, advertising we did not agree to, or a scam;
  • does not contain malware or links meant to harm people;
  • does not promote cheats, exploits or account selling for WARDOGS.

Comments and guides are moderated. We can edit for formatting, decline, hide or remove anything, at our discretion and without notice, and we do not have to explain every decision. We are not obliged to check everything before it appears, and what users post is their responsibility, not ours.

Community servers and vote rewards

Server listings are written by the people who run those servers. We do not run, check or vouch for any listed server, its rules or what happens on it. Owners must describe their server honestly and keep the listing current. Any rewards an owner hands out for votes are between you and that owner; we only record the votes. Voting with fake or multiple accounts, or paying for votes, can get a listing removed.

Using the site fairly

Please don't:

  • try to break, overload or get around the security of the site, the app or its API;
  • scrape or copy the site in bulk, or republish our content as your own;
  • use bots to post, vote or report;
  • pretend to be someone else, including us, BULKHEAD or Team17.

Quoting and linking to our pages is welcome, with a link back. Our own text, data tables, tools, design and code belong to us.

Accuracy, and the tools

WARDOGS is in development and changes often. We label facts as Confirmed, Reported or Unconfirmed (see how we source data), but stats, prices, release dates, server status and everything else here can be incomplete, wrong or out of date. The artillery calculator, maps, loadout planner and other tools give estimates. Check anything that matters against official sources.

Ads, affiliate links and the shop

The site and the app are free and paid for by ads (Raptive on the site, Google AdMob in the app) and by affiliate links, including Amazon, where we earn from qualifying purchases. We do not control the ads or the sites they lead to.

The shop runs on Fourthwall. When you buy, you buy through Fourthwall, and its terms, prices, shipping and refund rules apply to the order.

Links to other sites, including Steam, Discord and YouTube, are there for convenience. Those sites have their own terms and we are not responsible for them.

The mobile app

The app is free. We give you a personal, non-transferable right to install and use it on devices you own or control. If you downloaded it from Apple's App Store, Apple's standard licence agreement also applies, and Apple has no duty to support the app. From Google Play, Google Play's terms apply alongside these. We may update the app, change its features or stop offering it.

No guarantees

The site and the app are provided “as is” and “as available”. To the extent the law allows, we make no promises that they will always be online, free of errors or bugs, or fit for any particular purpose. We can change, pause or close any part of them at any time.

Limits on our liability

To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, lost profits, lost data or lost in-game items, or for anything caused by other users, listed servers, ads, linked sites or the game itself. Because the site and the app are free, our total liability to you for anything related to them is limited to USD 50.

Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot legally be limited, such as for fraud, or takes away rights you have as a consumer under the law of the country where you live.

If you break these terms

We can remove your content, block your access or delete your account. If something you post leads to a legal claim against us, you agree to cover our reasonable costs of dealing with it, to the extent the law allows.

Reporting a problem or a copyright claim

If something on the site is illegal, infringes your rights or breaks these terms, email hello@wardogshub.gg with the link and what is wrong. For a copyright claim, include who you are, the work you own and where it appears here. We will look at it and remove what needs removing.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. The date at the top changes when we do, and material changes will be noted on this page. If you keep using the site or the app after a change, the new terms apply.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Panama, and disputes go to the courts of Panama City. If you are a consumer, you also keep the protection of the mandatory laws of the country where you live and can bring a claim in its courts.

If one part of these terms turns out to be unenforceable, the rest still applies. If we don't enforce a term straight away, we can still enforce it later.
