At $340 the molotov is 3% of the $10,000 you start a round with, and the 10th cheapest of the 13 priced tactical items.
Which filter it sits on
The vendor files this under Tactical — thrown and placed explosives — which is one of the 6 filters on the Items tab and holds 16 rows of the 60 we have recorded.
The game's internal tag for that filter is offensive. The vendor screen says TACTICAL, and so does this page.
Where the price comes from
We have no price for the molotov. That is not the same claim as nobody selling it — a price and a vendor tag always arrive together or not at all, so an item can sit on the shelf and still reach us with neither. The Halligan Bar does exactly that.
