How you get one
The UH-1Y is not for sale at any price until you reach Pilot Lvl 10. That gate reads against your Pilot level, which is its own track — separate from the Driver level the vendor's land transports gate on, and separate again from the Wardog level its tanks need. WARDOGS has no fixed classes: progression runs on tracks earned by using the relevant gear, so time behind a wheel buys you nothing in the air.
