Speed here is the projectile's own. Each weapon carries a second, higher figure of its own, and nothing yet settles which one governs a shot in flight — so the two are kept apart rather than reconciled. Damage is before armour; what a plate takes off it is on the gear pages.

The box price is the list price, taken straight off the vendor in the Closed Alpha and carrying none of the −50% recruit discount the weapon and vehicle tiles did — so it compares directly with what a weapon costs.
The weapon list is checked three ways — what each weapon prints on its own vendor card, what the game files it under, and which magazines it takes. All three agree.
The loads are a real choice with no published maths behind it. They are separate rounds at separate prices. How much more Hollow Point takes off an unarmoured target, and how much Armor Piercing gets through a plate, has never been published — so nothing here puts a figure on it.
