The URAL does not print a price. Its tile carries UNLOCK: $60,000 on an amber bar with a padlock, which we read as a one-off payment to add the vehicle to what you can buy rather than the cost of taking one out. At $120,000 list that is 1200% of the entire starting balance, so it is not a purchase anybody makes in their first hours.
